Appearance[]
Rex[]
“ | Rex is here! So shout hurray! With just one push, you're on your way! | ” |
— Rex, Rockets and Rekenreks |
Their appearance is based on a 10-bead rekenrek in a shorter trapezium shape with 2 red circles for eyes and 1 small radio speaker in a red outline on the upper right corner. They appear to be made of a white coloured wood and have 1 row consisting of 10 beads in the middle opening with 5 red beads on the left and 5 white beads on the right.

Appearances[]
- Rockets and Rekenreks
- The Pattern of Patterns (Rekenrek only)
Special Abilities[]
Two small rekenreks can merge up to become a bigger rekenrek (e.g. 2 rekenreks with only 10 beads merged up to make a bigger rekenrek with 20 beads), like in the episode Rockets and Rekenreks, similar to how smaller Numberblocks add up to make bigger Numberblocks.
Trivia[]
- The name Rekenrek sounds like “rek en rek”, which sounds like “rex and rex”. With this information, fans have speculated a 30-abacus could be called “Rekenrekenrek”, and others have used some different types of names like “Habacus” unlike “Rekenrekenrekenrekenrek”. Many fans have also speculated that a 30-abacus may be yellow, continuing on the current trend.
