Purple's Mural Makeover is the ninth episode of the second series of Colourblocks. It is the 39th episode overall.

Synopsis

Purple wants to decorate his mural with different purples and invites Red and Blue to help him.

Trivia

• Orange is the only main member of the Colourblocks to be absent in this episode.
  • This has been the second time that Orange has been absent while the rest of Colourblocks appear, with the first episode being Printing Crew to the Rescue.
• This is the third episode of Series 2 where Purple is the centre character.
• Lime would be properly introduced in the next episode. Contrary to popular belief, Lime is not actually mixed in this episode since the mixes were uneven, creating yellowish-green (mixed on screen) and greenish-yellow (not mixed on screen, but still shown).
• All the Colourblocks that appear in this episode debut in Series 1A.

Errors

• Debatable Error: In Violet's scene the results when the mix is just blue + purple and the results when the mix is blue + purple + purple are swapped as seen when they were mixing indigo.
• At 0:50, Yellow's hand is seen separated from the screen, where his body is.
• This episode shows Blue and Yellow making the same green as Green, while the latter's first encounter with the others showed Blue and Yellow making a different green.
