This page is a list of stuff.

Penny coins are the main currency in Numberland. They first appeared in Five's Handy Shop. Each coin is the same colour as the Numberblock that matches its denomination. On the front of each coin are numerals representing the denomination, and on the back are dots whose amount are equal to the coin’s denomination.

Trivia[]

  • There are currently only 3 episodes in which penny coins appear.
  • There are currently 6 real-world penny coins: 1-penny, 2-penny, 3-penny, 4-penny, 5-penny, and 10-penny.
  • The 17-penny coin is the only coin that's not circular-shaped. More non-circular shaped coins may come in pennies with a value exceeding 99 or values using a seven in their digit.
  • 3-penny and 4-penny coins exist as shown above and they came from a toy set.
  • A magazine (Issue 33) shown coins that are like 50, 100, and 200 penny coins, but despite resembling penny coins, those are based off of real life coins and not the unofficial penny coin currency.
  • As seen in a Facebook post, the denomination for these coins are “p” in pence (mentioning “5p” and “10p”), a parallel to real-world British coins in that respect.[1]
