Musical Bears is the nineteenth episode of the first series of Wonderblocks.
Synopsis[]
The band are supposed to be performing at the bandstand tonight, but they have fallen ill. Luckily, The Three Bears are happy to step in for them.
Plot[]
Go and Stop are really excited! The Lily Pad Band are preforming at a big dance party tonight! Suddenly they notice someone is looking for the instruments in the chest, and Go suspects it’s the band getting ready for the show. But then they realise it’s actually the three bears. Big Bear and Little Bear explain that the band are ill, so they can't perform tonight. Go is worried that the dance party will be called off, but Medium Bear calms her down and explains that they were gonna fill in for them. All they have to do is bang, pluck and toot on the instruments. So Big Bear tries to pluck on the drum, Medium Bear tries to toot on the bass and Little Bear tries to bang the trumpet. But they don't make music at all. Go asks what they are trying to do and when the three bears each tell her, three new Do Blocks, the Musical Crew, appear! The members of the crew are Bang, Toot and Pluck. Big Bear asks Pluck for some help plucking the drum so he tells her to try a different instrument. Big Bear tries the trumpet. Stop doesn't think it'll work but Go wants to at least try first so she and Stop hold hands with Pluck. But plucking the trumpet doesn't work either. There's just one instrument left to try. Big bear picks up the bass. Plucking the bass works great! Next Medium Bear tries to find something to blow into. He choses the drum. Once again Stop isn't sure about it, but Go wants to see what happens. This time they hold hands with Toot. Tooting the drum doesn't seem to work. But tooting the trumpet could! Go loves the sound! That just leaves Little Bear on the drum! Go and Stop hold hands with Bang. Sure enough, it’s a perfect match! Now everyone has an instrument! Big Bear wants to practice one last time before the party. Go and Stop hold hands with the Musical Crew. The dance party is back on! That evening the bears successfully fill in for the band and everyone has a great time dancing, including Stop! But she still feels sad that the Lily Pad Band had to miss out on the fun. Suddenly the band show up to the party! A bit of rest made them feel a lot better.
