Meet Alphablock A is the first episode of Alphablocks: Magic Words.
Synopsis[]
Alphablock A has accidents with apples! Find out how to make the short "a" sound and have phonics fun with Alphablock A and the magic words ant, bag and cap.
Plot[]
A comes into view, as the narrator describes to the viewer that "a" is for apple. Shortly after this, an apple falls from above onto A's head, with A exclaiming with her letter sound.
Then N and T walk onto the screen, as the narrator explains that it's time to do some word magic. A, N, and T spell out the word "ant", with the narrator then quizzing where the ant was, while taking out a magnifying glass. Eventually, the ant is found by the magnifying glass, with A, N, and T all exclaiming in surprise at the size of the magnified ant. Then the narrator says the word out once more for the viewer, describing the ant as an "amusing ant".
Then B and G both walk into view, and they all spell out "bag". The camera then pans away a little bit to show a paper recycling bag throwing all sort of rubbish into an orange recycling truck. Then the narrator says the word out once more for the viewer, describing the bag as an "astonishing bag".
Then C and P both walk into view, and they all spell out the word "cap". Then a humungous cap appears, cloaking C, A, and P with a nice, cool shade, with the narrator describing it to be "nice and cool underneath the cap". Then, dark clouds suddenly roll in, drenching the area, with the cap keeping the three letters dry. At this, the narrator says that "it's nice and dry, too!". Then the narrator says the word out once more for the viewer, describing the cap as an "amazing cap".
Then the scene at the very start plays again, with the narrator saying "A says..." and with A finishing the sentence off with the sound "a!".
