Loop the Loop is the ninth episode of the fourth season of Numberblocks. It is the 69th episode overall.
Synopsis[]
Super rectangle Eighteen shows the others how to ride the rays on the super-duper loop.
Plot[]
Twelve, Fourteen, Fifteen, Sixteen, and Eighteen are riding various rays in the sky. Whilst Fourteen is 7 by 2 on the two ray, Eighteen splits into threes and reassembles again on the three ray below him. Eighteen then directs the other numbers somewhere for "some real speed" as he transfers to the one ray.
Eighteen leads the others to a loop, asking them if they're fast enough to "loop the loop." Everyone excitedly rides and completes the loop, Fourteen splitting into Sevens and wanting to do it again. Eighteen, however, remarks that anyone can ride the loop, and shows them the double looper, which has two rays. Rearranging, Eighteen explains that only people who can make rectangles 2 blocks wide can ride the double looper.
Twelve, Fourteen, and Sixteen ride it without trouble. Fifteen, however, cannot make a 2 block wide rectangle, as she is an odd number. In an effort to include her, Eighteen shows Fifteen the triple looper; a loop that is three rays wide and can only be ridden by Numberblocks who can make 3 block wide rectangles. Fifteen follows Eighteen in riding it, as she can make a 3 wide rectangle. Fifteen proceeds to compliment Eighteen on the variety of loopers he can ride, and Twelve joins them soon after.
Twelve reveals that Eighteen is her brother, and states that they can ride so many loopers because they are both super rectangles, meaning they can make rectangles of many widths. This includes one-rays, two-rays, and three-rays. Eighteen then makes a rectangle 6 blocks wide, and Twelve follows, wondering why they need to do this.
Eighteen reveals that there's a six looper! Unfortunately, the beginning of the looper is too high up for them to reach. Twelve solves the issue by using telekinesis to bring the beginning of the looper close to them, which gives Eighteen an idea. The scene cuts, and it is revealed that Eighteen had the idea to put all of the loopers close together in a so-called "Super Duper Looper" which both he and Twelve begin to ride. After riding the Super Duper Looper, Twelve states that it's fast enough for her, but Eighteen says not for him. Eighteen then rearranges and joins a very fast nine-looper, a loop with nine rays.
After spiraling down the nine looper nine times, Eighteen lands where Twelve, Fourteen, Fifteen and Sixteen are on the ground, considerably dizzy. The episode ends when Eighteen jokingly falls to the ground, making everyone chuckle.
