I'm a jolly jaybird! I can fly!

— from Race

J is a character in Alphablocks.

J is voiced by Teresa Gallagher.

Appearance[]

She is a powder blue and white Alphablock. She has an orange beak on her nose; resembling a jaybird. This includes the design of her colours.

Personality[]

J is a rather loony individual who thinks she's a blue jay and cannot sing while saying her sound. She desperately wishes to fly. She loves jaybirds, for that matter.

In the television special Band Together, she is shown to sleep in a nest, which fits her character.

Quotes[]

Episodes []

Total number of appearances: 22

Trivia[]

  • There is a running gag in the series that J sings horribly, such as in ABC, although other episodes show her singing decently.
  • Even though she has the mind of a bird, she can somehow operate a jet.
  • It’s possible that J doesn’t have a nose, but she always wears her beak, so no one can be sure. The only known case of this is O.
  • She has the same number of appearance as Z. Both of them appear 22 times.
  • Speaking of J and Z, they did not appear in any Season 4 episode. J however, did not even get a mention, while Z was at least mentioned in Alphabet.
  • J is the first ever Learningblock to represent an in real life animal, the second would be Eight, third would be Eighty, in chronological order then Fifty-Six.
  • She is similar to Ten:
    • Both are the 10th Learningblock to be introduced in their respective shows.
    • Both are white, with another color supporting it, being Blue and Red respectively.
    • Both have flown without using arrays.
    • Both are female.
    • Both of them are voiced by Teresa Gallagher.
