I Am I! is the fifteenth and final episode of the sixth series of Alphablocks. It is the 121st and latest episode in the series overall.
Ben the Pen writes the words of a song that Alphablock I sings. They appear behind her so that the Alphablock audience, and viewers at home, can read along. Ben is disgruntled because Alphablock I ignores his contribution and makes the song about herself – I AM I, I AM FUN. He subverts it with words that change Alphablock I to look funny rather than cool – I AM RED, I AM A CAT. Alphablock I starts to enjoy this and encourages Ben’s silliness. By the end, she is singing I AM A PEN and BEN IS FAB.
This is the fourth episode where an Alphablock changes colour. The first was Bee (D turns red), the second was Ink (I, N, and K turn pink and back to their original colors), and the third was Blue (U turns red, yellow, green, and purple, and then back to cyan).
It's also the second time where an Alphablock who isn’t red becomes red, being I. The first was Bee with D.
The Cow returns in this episode from Farm, and the Elephant returns in this episode from Stamp.
This is the first if not only time an Alphablock changes their shape.
