Green Means Go is the seventh episode of the first series of Colourblocks. It is the seventh episode overall.

Synopsis[]

Blue and Yellow meet a new friend - Green.

Plot[]

Blue and Yellow are passing a beach ball to each other, colouring it with their respective colours. Red colours a stop sign, then suddenly comes in between them with the sign, yelling "Red means stop!" She explains to them that they have to stop when they see a red stop sign, and Blue finds it uncool that they have to stop their game. Whilst Red apologises and runs off, Yellow gets the idea to play with Blue on scooters. Colouring their scooters, they start rolling down a path on the hill when Red plants another sign in front of them and tells them to stop, adding she can't stop herself. They turn around, trying to ignore the sign, but Red has already planted another in front of them, saying she's got a lot of them to put up today, running off to place more. Blue decides it's time to put a stop to Red's stopping. Red places a stop sign in front of a rubber ducky, then runs off. After she does, Blue sneaks up and takes the stop sign away. Red plants a few more in response, which Yellow takes out with a digger, taking his rubber duck with. Red plants even more stop signs, and before Blue can pull any out, she comes back to plant more.

Blue and Yellow give up on stopping Red's stopping, sitting under a tree. They touch a leaf at the same time, and their colours mix to make the leaf a brand new colour. The two of them get the idea to touch and mix a new colour, and Green appears before them. Blue asks her to tell them about Green, and Green talks about how green is in growing things and all around nature. Green colours a frog, and as it's hopping around, Red plants a stop sign in front of it and repeats that red means stop.

Green and Red introduce themselves to each other, with Red pointing out her stop sign again. Green flips the sign and colours it green, making it into a green go sign. Though Blue and Yellow worry initially because it looks like Red will get angry, Red actually finds it brilliant and gets an idea for a new game. At the top of the hill with the scooters, Blue and Yellow race down when Green colours a go sign and tells them to go. Red then plants a stop sign, and Blue and Yellow freeze briefly before Green makes it a go sign and they continue. The Colourblocks continue playing their red light green light-esque game to the end of the episode.
